1 Acceptance of Terms

3 Account Registration & Verification

• KYC Verification: gb44r conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) checks as part of our anti-money laundering and responsible gaming obligations. You may be required to submit a copy of a valid national ID (NID), passport, or driving licence, along with proof of address and proof of payment method ownership.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. • Currency: All transactions on gb44r are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout the platform to denote BDT amounts.
• Dormant accounts: Accounts that have had no login activity for more than 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. gb44r reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts after providing reasonable notice to the registered email address.

gb44r does not charge players any fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., bKash or your bank) may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside gb44r's control. Players are responsible for any fees charged by their own payment providers.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

From time to time, gb44r offers promotional bonuses, free bets, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and other incentives to both new and existing players. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated for each promotion. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means ৳10,000 in eligible wagers must be placed before withdrawal.
• Validity period: Bonuses that are not used or whose wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity window will expire automatically. Expired bonus funds cannot be reinstated.

• One bonus at a time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously may result in one or all bonuses being voided.

6 Betting, Gaming Rules & Dispute Resolution

It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the applicable rules before participating in any product.

• Bet acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by gb44r. gb44r reserves the right to decline, cancel, or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including where it suspects irregular betting patterns or potential integrity violations.

7 Prohibited Conduct

8 Account Suspension, Closure & Termination

gb44r reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its reasonable discretion and without prior notice in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, suspected money laundering, failure to pass identity verification, or where the account has been registered by a person under 21 years of age.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, gb44r reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance where it represents the proceeds of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or any other prohibited conduct. In all other cases of account closure — including voluntary closure at the player's request — gb44r will process a withdrawal of any legitimate remaining balance to the player's verified payment method.
